By checking the "I have read and agree to the ACCURATE INC Terms of Use" field on the registration page, the user or their guardian indicates agreement to these terms. Therefore, please read this document carefully before using the services of this website. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the services of ACCURATE INC and notify us of the specific content you disagree with via message, so that we can continue to improve.
1. Contracting Parties
This "ACCURATE INC Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into by:

2. Product Terms
2.1 Users acknowledge that ACCURATE INC acts solely as an intermediary between the user and game developers. Delivery delays may result from issues with the developers.
2.2 Users acknowledge that ACCURATE INC and its game-related logos, documents, etc., are the intellectual property of ACCURATE INC or its authorized parties. Purchasing or using products does not involve the transfer of rights.
2.3 The resale of products provided by ACCURATE INC is prohibited.
2.4 ACCURATE INC is not responsible for game content, bugs, or device compatibility issues. Users must contact the developer directly for resolution.
2.5 All rights are reserved. Infringement will trigger legal measures.
3. Payment and Top-Up
3.1 Users may purchase in-game items through supported payment methods on the official website, including credit cards, CASHAPP, bank transfers, etc.
3.2 Selecting a payment method constitutes agreement to the item acquisition methods defined in this Agreement.
3.3 ACCURATE INC is not responsible for points obtained through non-official channels.
3.4 Payment issues must be reported immediately via online customer service or email.
3.5 Users under 18 years of age must make purchases with the accompaniment of a parent or guardian.
4. Violations
4.1 Users must comply with the violation guidelines defined by the game platform. Violations may result in penalties.
4.2 ACCURATE INC is not responsible for penalties imposed by developers or platforms on users.
4.3 Users must familiarize themselves with ACCURATE INC’s behavioral guidelines and penalty terms.
4.4 In cases involving illegal activities, ACCURATE INC reserves the right to provide user data to law enforcement agencies.
5. Account Security
5.1 Users must keep their passwords confidential and change them immediately if a leak is suspected.
5.2 Users are responsible for all actions taken under their account. ACCURATE INC does not guarantee protection against unauthorized use.
5.3 ACCURATE INC is not liable for losses resulting from the disclosure of personal information (e.g., passwords) to third parties.
5.4 All account operations are deemed to be actions of the user.
6. Information Accuracy

7. Email
7.1 A valid email address is required for registration and using points. Users are advised to ensure their email can receive notifications from ACCURATE INC.
7.2 ACCURATE INC may send product information and necessary notifications via email.
8. Internet Connection
8.1 ACCURATE INC does not provide internet services. Users are responsible for their own internet costs.
9. Service Interruptions
9.1 ACCURATE INC reserves the right to interrupt website access for maintenance and will notify users in advance.
9.2 Game developers may conduct regular or irregular maintenance. Related notifications are the responsibility of the developers and platforms.
9.3 Force majeure or other factors beyond ACCURATE INC’s control may cause service interruptions.
10. Agreement Termination
10.1 Users may deactivate their account at any time.
10.2 Deactivating an account or terminating services does not entitle the user to a refund.
10.3 Violation of this Agreement or engagement in illegal activities will result in account termination without refund.
11. Other Terms
11.1 This Agreement, along with the behavioral guidelines, constitutes the sole basis of the relationship between the parties. ACCURATE INC reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Agreement and announce its effective date.
11.2 If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect. Invalid clauses shall be replaced by those closest to the original intent.
11.3 Failure to exercise any rights promptly does not constitute a waiver. Waivers must be strictly interpreted.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 This Agreement is governed by U.S. law. Disputes must be submitted to the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) for arbitration under international arbitration rules.
13. Refund Policy
13.1 Please review the game developer’s refund policy before purchasing.
13.2 ACCURATE INC may assist direct buyers in providing payment proof to the developer for refund requests, but such proof will not be provided to third parties.
